New Diablo 4 Class “Spiritborn” Unveiled for Vessel of Hatred Expansion

Blizzard Entertainment has announced an exciting addition to the Diablo series with the introduction of the Spiritborn class, arriving on October 8 as part of the Vessel of Hatred expansion. This adaptive apex predator, originating from the jungles of Nahantu, calls upon the unique strengths of Jaguar, Gorilla, Eagle, and Centipede Spirit Guardians to combat the forces of darkness.

The Spiritborn class features a versatile playstyle, combining three-hit-combo attacks with acrobatic fluidity to deliver powerful hand-to-hand combat. Armed with the demon-slaying glaive and spirit energy, Spiritborn warriors can block or dodge incoming strikes, absorb power, or redirect it against their enemies.

Players will explore the rich history of the Spiritborn and their connection to the Spirit Guardians, who embody the strength of the Gorilla, the speed of the Jaguar, the vigilance of the Eagle, and the decay-devouring practice of the Centipede. The new Skill Tag, Incarnate, allows players to embody these traits and receive passive bonuses.

The Vessel of Hatred expansion will also introduce new Legendaries and Uniques tailored to the Spiritborn, enhancing various playstyles and skills. At Level 15, players can embark on a class quest to attune to the Spirit Guardians and unlock the Spirit Hall, further customizing their build with Primary and Secondary Spirit bonuses.

Pre-purchase of the Vessel of Hatred expansion is available now, granting immediate access to in-game rewards.
